LiLo’s defamation case against Fox News dismissed by judge
Essentially, a judge argued that the “truth is a defense”, a major blow (see what we did there?!) to the actress. Back in 2012, Lindsay made a phone call claiming her mother kidnapped her, saying, “Dad, she’s on cocaine“.
Lindsay Lohan rocks a studded leather jacket outside the Nicholas Kirkwood Party held at 8 Adams Street during London Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2016 on Saturday night (September 19) in London, England.
Lindsay Lohan’s defamation lawsuit against Fox News Channel was thrown out of court by a judge in a New York court on Friday, according to Gossip Cop. It is not known if the judge had heard this tape or not, but his words seem to indicate that he believed Lohan and her mom were not innocent victims being slandered on Fox News.
The lawmaker also dismissed Dina’s separate lawsuit, in which she claimed she was defamed by the same Fox News guest, Michelle Fields, over remarks made about her relationship with her famous daughter during a discussion about celebrities who had lost their lives following drug overdoses.
Lohan has previously sued Pitbull for defamation, claiming the rapper used slanderous lyrics about her in his song “Give Me Everything”.
“At that time, the Lohan’s did not make any demands for money, and we are surprised they are doing so now”.
It is not as if these were long-ago antics on Lindsay’s part and she’s straightened up and flying right today.
She later blamed her freakish naked behavior on someone slipping her a Mickey.
