Lin-Manual Miranda Composed Cantina Music for Star Wars: the Force Awakens
When composer John Williams opted out of writing the cantina music for Star Wars: The Force Awakens, J.J. Abrams enlisted Hamilton composer Lin-Manuel Miranda for the job. “And I was afraid if I did Star Wars and I got close to it, it would be a horror show”, adds Abrams.
