Lindsey Graham calls Donald Trump a ‘wrecking ball’ to future of GOP

In Phoenix he prattled on for 70 minutes, basking in the attention.

It covered ground as close as downtown Phoenix and as far away as China – multiple times.

During his speech at the Phoenix Convention Center, Trump took on his critics and blasted the nation’s illegal immigration problem and USA trade policies. He said that illegal immigrants are what he has a problem with and that legal immigrants are good people, his wife being one of them.

Trump basked in the crowd’s adoration at the event, which drew thousands more people than expected, a few traversing state lines to see the billionaire real-estate mogul in action.

“I respect the country”, Trump said in Phoenix. “They think it’s OK to put us down”.

The presidential candidate has seen a sudden boost in the polls, but the first weeks of Trump’s campaign have also been marred by controversy over his offensive remarks about Mexican immigrants, and his refusal to back down. If he becomes president, Trump said, “They will be in such trouble…” It starts to add up. Both were emotionally engaged to end illegal immigration. “I love it. I think it’s great”, he said. I feel very bad and very disappointed with him and with the Republican party for not responding immediately and saying “Enough, stop it”. “He’s the only person talking about saving our country”.

One group interrupted his momentum as they tried to protest inside. The crowd eventually drowned out the protesters with chants of “USA!”

“How could I be tied with this guy?”

And finally, Kasich urged comprehensive reform “to modernize the immigration system, maybe even lift the caps so that people who have employment or family here can come to America work on a temporary basis and go home”.

“CNN did a poll the other day”. Or do then you still make it Trump’s debate and you’re trying to avoid that? “This is on competence.'”. “He’s the kind of man you would want to be your dad”, Shaw said.

Trump also repeatedly slammed Obama and two presidential rivals, Democratic front-runner Hillary Clinton and ex- Florida Gov. Jeb Bush, another leading GOP contender. The world blew up around her. Our enemies are a disaster. “We’re getting taken apart piece by piece, slowly”. “Everyone is ripping us off”. “I know I can trust him”, Shaw continued. “Some things he says may come out and seem wrong to people and that might be because he’s frustrated and mad, too – just like anyone else”. We must build a wall! “If we do not reject this way of thinking clearly, without any ambiguity, we will have lost our way”. “We have got to take care of everybody”.

He threw red meat to the crowd when he told them veterans were being treated like “third class citizens” and won them over with jokes about his hair and his wealth.

In his bid to attain immortality, Trump channeled morsels of his damaged soul into random vessels, called horcruxes. Bowe Bergdahl, who subsequently was charged with desertion and whom Trump dubbed “a no-good traitor”. They laugh at our stupidity. They’re taking our manufacturing jobs. “They don’t have a clue”. Now they get here and they stay.

On Monday, RNC Chairman Reince Preibus called Trump to congratulate him on his success and reportedly ask him to “tone it down”.
