Little girl mistakes West Virginia Walmart shopper for Santa, video goes viral

‘Tis the season when older men with white beards may get confused for Santa Claus.

A trip to Walmart turned into a magical experience for one little girl when she saw “Santa” walking among all the other shoppers. Sophie Riley was shopping with her parents Robert and Erika when she came across a fellow shopper who resembled St. Nick, and the encounter they had is priceless.

On being asked what she would leave out for Father Christmas – she quickly replied: “Cookies”.

However, the bad news for Santa is that he will only get one cookie, as the girl instructs that he has to share them with the reindeer, including of course everyone’s favourite Rudolph.

The adorable video was shot on December 10th in Hurricane, West Virginia and has already been viewed over 127,000 times.

He crouched down and asked her if she was looking forward to Christmas this year.
