Little Mix Performs “Black Magic” on James Corden’s “Late Late Show”
See the musical opening above and tune into The Late Late Show – or, perhaps as Corden seems to already know, watch them on YouTube Monday morning at your desk – to see the full YouTube episode.
Patrick Stewart is out in force lately promoting…something…probably his new show on Starz.
But the comedian also joked that Cap’n Geech and the Shrimp Shack Shooters from the 1996 movie That Thing You Do! are also up there on his list! Corden’s monologue covers the history of YouTube, and during the show’s bumper sequences (played before and after commercial breaks), Corden eats with animals, which are of course abundant in YouTube videos. The most-viewed was a dash-cam video of Carden doing a singalong in the auto with Justin Bieber.
The 70-year-old music legend not only sang two of his classics, “The First Cut Is the Deepest” and “In a Broken Dream”, but A$AP Rocky joined him to rap “Everyday” from Corden’s backseat. Corden says in a new video released Friday.
“I think people would be extremely upset if they were told of his comments because we take a lot of pride in our town”. “We always have. That’s what we built the show on”, he laughed.
And they do it, every day!
But planning such a large production outside of CBS’s regular studio for the Corden-hosted late night talk show didn’t come without some of its own challenges.
