Local Leap Day Baby Born
The chances of having a baby on Leap Day are 1 in 1,461. Some Melbourne hospital staff believe this to be true.
Well the reason leap years even exist are because each year is actually a little bit longer than 365 days, so Americans make up for it with the occasional extra day.

That means they’ll celebrate their first birthday in four years.
