Louis Tomlinson confirms baby news

It has been one of the worst-kept secrets in showbiz but One Direction singer Louis Tomlinson has finally confirmed the news that he is going to be a father, reportedly with close friend Briana Jungwirth.

Of course, with Louis Tomlinson’s big fatherhood news, Strahan wished the singer all the best from “one father to another”.

Louis and Briana are not a couple, but are committed to co-parenting, a source told Us Weekly recently.

Speaking on Magic FM, Liam has become the first bandmate to talk about Louis expecting his first child with US stylist Briana Jungwirth.

Liam also had kind words for Briana, saying: “Yeah she’s really nice, she’s a lovely girl”.

It seems the news has also gone down well with the boy band’s fans, as their screams reached fever pitch when Louis confirmed the news.

The band are now on the North American leg of their worldwide On The Road Again Tour until mid September, and will then head to Europe.

The boys sat down with Michael Strahan and Lara Spencer before their performance and discussed whether the group atmosphere has changed with one less member.

Asked what he wants to do during their time off, he said: “There’s loads of things”.

Moreover, Liam admitted that what his pal is going through is both great and hard.
