Louisa Johnson, 17, stuns X Factor judges with Who’s Loving You
X Factor judge Simon Cowell appeared to lose his composure as he watched an aspiring singer audition in tonight’s episode of the show.
The sisters performed the Jessie J, Ariana Grande and Nicki Minaj’s hit “Bang Bang” which earned them a standing ovation from the judges and the audience. Do you feel that viewers were deceived over 4th Power’s professional status, and does it matter that they aren’t from the UK?
“It’s like you’re monsters but like minute monsters”.
What these girls have going for them is that they seem to have all of the components that you need to be really successful at this show. “This audition has changed your lives”, she said.
As they sailed through to Bootcamp, Simon commented: “In terms of auditions, one of the best I’ve ever seen”.
Fourth Power got 4 yeses from the judges.
If there is a noticeable problem with the group, it is strictly this: They need to tighten up their vocals, work on harmonies, and know that it’s okay some times to not sing their faces off. It feels very much like they are belting at nearly every moment, and they don’t need to.
Needless to say, the judges said no, and we’d also place money on that “on-off” romance now being just “off”…
They won Philippine’s X Factor-style TV talent show It’s Showtime in 2012, came in the top eight on Korean music contest Superstar K and won the World Championships of Performing Arts contest twice.
Every year with both X Factor and Britain’s Got Talent, there are some grumblings of discontent among viewers when an act that is not British does well on the show…
The article goes on to reveal that the group have also had a number of other names, including M.I.C.A., The Gollayan Sisters and The Cercados. The siblings were the only non-Korean contestants in the competition.
