Louisa Johnson Clear Favourite to Win X Factor this Weekend
The X Factor continues this evening with the FINALE of the 2015 series of the show, and we can’t quite believe that it has got around to that time of the year again.
Former winners Ben Haenow and Leona joined forces to sing “Slamming Doors” and “Run” while Fleur East and Little Mix teamed up for the ultimate girl power performance of “Black Magic” and “Sax”.
Let’s see Simon Cowell hate this. That was a bit cruise ship for me.
It is unclear what would happen if two of the three acts were unable to perform on Saturday night but it seems unlikely that the final would go ahead with just one contestant. Praising her act, the groups mentor Cheryl said: “Every time I looked at them I wanted to smile”.
Yes, it’s true: The band that got their start on X Factor and then took the world by storm will be playing their last concert on the very stage where they were formed.
The night also saw Craig David return as he linked up with Reggie N Bollie for a duet, while Louisa performed with her mentor Rita Ora and Che performed with Rod Stewart.
The choice of this year’s winner’s song is yet to be officially announced, but it is rumoured to be a cover of Bob Dylan’s Forever Young.
But what will the acts, Louisa, Che Chesterman and Reggie N Bollie, be singing?
Ghanaian rap duo Reggie “N” Bollie have consistently surprised the judges by dominating the public vote but will have to pull out a spectacular performance to pip the Essex frontrunner to the prize record deal.
Louisa Johnson is thought to be singing Fighter by Christina Aguilera, I Believe I Can Fly by R Kelly, and a duet with Rita Ora.
An X Factor spokesman said: “Louisa has been sick and was ordered on voice rest yesterday, so her homecoming performance unfortunately had to be cancelled at the last moment”.
Who is favourite to win? .
