Louisville will play Texas A&M in the 2015 Franklin American Mortgage Music
Texas A&M will face Louisville in the Music City Bowl, according to ESPN’s Brett McMurphy.
In terms of name recognition, it does not compare to last year’s game.
This will mark the sixth straight season that Louisville has played in a bowl game, and will be the Cardinals’ 20th all-time bowl game appearance.
Texas A&M: The Aggies have 103 tackles for loss to rank fourth among all FBS teams…. The Cardinals will play an opponent from the Southeastern Conference for the second-straight season in postseason play after dropping a 37-14 decision to Georgia in the 2014 Belk Bowl in Charlotte, N.C. Louisville defeated SEC foe Florida 33-23 in the 2013 Sugar Bowl.
The Music City Bowl is scheduled for Wednesday, Dec. 30, at 6 p.m. It will be played in Nashville, Tenn.
Be prepared to be entertained by Good Bull Hunting, and let the beat Texas A&M talk commence. “But we made great improvement, and we got in position in the last part of the year where we could score points and expect to take the ball and go score when we got it”. “I’m happy for fans that can make the short trip to Nashville and enjoy the bowl festivities”.
Many analysts had the Aggies facing off with the Texas Tech Red Raiders at NRG, but it isn’t too shocking to see that head coach Kevin Sumlin and his squad will be traveling to Tennessee rather than staying at home in the Lone Star State to wrap up their season should the report prove to be accurate. This will represent the Aggies seventh consecutive bowl appearance overall. Louisville (7-5) bounced back from an 0-3 start.
