Lowry scores 29 to lead Raptors to 106-89 win over Wizards

Lowry is still bothered by a sore left wrist and is questionable for the Raptors’ game against the visiting New York Knicks on Thursday.

The action in the fourth and final meeting between the Raptors and Washington Wizards on Tuesday was just like the first three games: sluggish and for the most part super forgettable.

The Wizards cut the Raptors lead to five points three minutes into the final quarter.

Toronto took a 16-point lead in the third quarter, and the Clippers trimmed it to four before the Raptors extended the margin to 22 points during the fourth. Dudley said the Wizards struggled to deal with adversity, and it briefly seemed they had taken that to heart as they made their valiant comeback in the first half. On the season, the team is 25-3 when holding opponents under the century mark.

Seattle SuperSonics legend Jack Sikma was back in Toronto on Wednesday, working with Valanciunas on his face-up game – the two were the last ones of the gym after practice.
