Lupita Nyong’o Reveals ‘Black Panther’ Plot At Comic-Con
Plot details for Marvel’s 2018 Black Panther film may be scant right now but actress Lupita Nyong’o did let a little info loose at San Diego Comic-Con over the weekend.
Anyone who knows Black Panther from the comics knows his story is indeed very unique compared to the rest of the heroes in the MCU.
Upon revealing these small plot details, Nyong’o joked that she revealed too much.
“The story is that the Black Panther’s leadership is being threatened by two foes that come together, so Black Panther gets the help of the Central Intelligence Agency and the Dora Milaje to try and defeat the enemy”, said Nyong’o.
“I haven’t read the script yet, but from what I know the story is going to be pretty good”, Jordan said. He teased the timeliness of the Black Panther story that will be on display and talked about how Coogler won’t even tell him specifics about the movie. “I have to shut up now”.
Jordan will play the villain Erik Killmonger, a martial arts master, in Marvel’s upcoming Black Panther film.
It seems that by getting the help from the C.I.A., T’Challa a.k.a. She also has a “complicated” relationship with team leader Okoye (Danai Gurira).
After a breakout role in Captain America: Civil War, Chadwick Boseman’s Black Panther (a.k.a King T’Challa of Wakanda) is ready for prime time. Rumor has it, the other villain could be Ulysses Klaw (Andy Serkis), who smuggled some Wakandan vibranium in “Avengers: Age of Ultron”, AceShowbiz says.
