Mahesh Babu: Then Sridevi, Now Deepika!

Sometime back top Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone claimed that she is a big fan of superstar Mahesh Babu among Telugu heroes. During a recent interview, Mahesh revealed that his all time favorite heroine is Sridevi. She is brilliant. I was stunned by her as an actor in Piku. “She is obviously lovely, but can also act well, it’s a lethal combination”, said Mahesh. Deepika is right now busy promoting “Bajirao Masthani” which is going to release on December 18th.

The last time we saw Deepika Padukone and Mahesh Babu together was when Deepika gave over the Filmfare recompense for the best on-screen character male in Telugu to Mahesh Babu for the film Dookudu.

Deepika Padukone starrer Tamasha hit the theatres recently. Deepika was seen in South films like Kochadaiyyaan opposite Rajinikanth. On the other hand Mahesh Babu has ‘Brahmotsavam’ which according to the latest buzz might be postponed.
