Man City midfielder Nasri out for three months
Manchester City are set to be without Samir Nasri for three months as his hamstring issues continue to hamper him.
The Manchester City winger suffered the injury when he came on as a substitute in his side’s 5-1 win over Bournemouth on October 17.
The club have not confirmed any likely schedule for Nasri’s return but the 28-year-old midfielder posted a picture of himself on crutches on his Instagram account. “I will be back better than ever see you in 3 months”. “See you in three months”.
City are now level on points with the Gunners at the top of the Premier League table and are only ahead on goal difference.
Recent reports suggested that the France global was ready to return to action after the worldwide break in the game against the Merseysiders.
Sergio Aguero also has a chance of a return, as do Pablo Zabaleta and Vincent Kompany – the latter of whom was forced to withdraw from global duty last week after the flare up a calf injury.
