Man posts passport to prove his name really is Phuc Dat Bich
He ends his post with “Is it because I’m Asian?”
Eventually the irritated man, whose name is actually pronounced “Phoo Da Bic” (hence his confusion) had to send a scanned image of his passport to Facebook to prove his name is, indeed, the real deal.
Imagine being banned from Facebook because no one believes your name is your real name, instead they think it a dirty joke.
Poor Phuc dat Bich. According to Newscom.au, Facebook has, in fact, shut his account down three times.
But Phuc Dat Bich has set the record straight.
Although the photo was uploaded in January this year, it has recently attracted a flurry of global media attention, after the original post was shared more than 67,000 times.
Phuc Dat Bich – a lover of cars, judging by his page – added his Facebook account had been “shut down multiple times” and he had been “forced to change my name to my “real” name”.
Of course, Mr Bich is not the only person who boasts a name, immature minds would find humorous.
A Facebook user called Phuc Dat Bich has had to share photos of his passport to prove his name is genuine after being repeatedly banned by the social network.
If you ever thought you’d been lumped with a bad name, spare a thought for this man.
