Man United striker Javier Hernandez is not for sale
Hernandez recently declared his desire to return to United and fight for a first-team place under Van Gaal.
Will the striker be given the opportunity to demonstrated that he still has a role to play at the club, or will he become merely a frustrated passenger as van Gaal looks to keep his options open?
The striker was widely expected to leave Old Trafford this summer.
“Right now we don’t have anything done, and you know during the process of negotiations where many clubs have interest, including us, because why not, the less we talk about it the better”, da Silva said. It’s not clear in one day.
Manchester United advised to give Depay a personal trainer to avoid Di Maria “mistakes”. The best of the last three years came in 2012/13, when United won the Premier League.
Hernandez only made two appearances for United last season before being loaned out to Real Madrid, where he scored nine goals in all competitions.
He told a news conference in Seattle: “At the time [when Hernandez was allowed to join Real], we have to decide which strikers we could have at Manchester United”.
“We had: [Danny] Welbeck, Chicharito, [Robin] van Persie and [James] Wilson”.
“Then I have to make a decision that I let go Chicharito and Welbeck because I have bought also Falcao”. You have to make decisions.
“He’s one of those who only needs a couple of chances a game to score so his ratio there will be good”. “But now he’s coming back on 25 July”.
