Man urinated on passengers on flight to Portland
A red-eye turned into a nightmare for several passengers on a flight from Alaska to Portland.
Jeff Rubin, 27, was detained early Friday after JetBlue Flight 47 arrived at Portland worldwide Airport, KOIN-TV reported.
An Oregon man faces charges after authorities say he urinated on passengers on a flight from Anchorage to Portland, Oregon.
When the officers boarded the aircraft, they found Rubin “slumped over asleep in his seat”, according to the police report.
About 30 minutes before landing “he stood up and began urinating through the crack of the seat onto the passengers seated in front of him”, read the report.
Jeff David Rubin, 26, of Gresham was booked into the Multnomah County Detention Center on misdemeanor accusations of offensive littering and third-degree criminal mischief.
He was released on his own recognizance.
Rubin soon lost his balance and fell backward, causing his urine to shoot upward, the report said. This got on the passengers sitting next to him and even some of their luggage. The JetBlue flight landed normally and after all other passenger deplaned, cops entered the aircraft – only to see Rubin still sleeping on his seat. Rubin did not respond to the comment.
