Manchester United make bank-breaking bid for Pogba
Manchester United are allegedly leading the race to sign France worldwide sign Paul Pogba. Another cause for concern is the player’s economic aspirations – Pogba hopes to take home a post-tax salary of 12 million euros.
Real Madrid are known to have started talks for Pogba as well, which was confirmed by Raiola in an interview with Marca (via Sky Sports).
Mkhitaryan has one year left on his contract at the Bundesliga club and while Dortmund have publicly said that he is not for sale they have now admitted that the player is ready to move on.
The 23-year-old has developed in to one of the best all-round midfielders in the world over the past four years and has helped Juve win four consecutive Serie A titles during his time in Turin.
The report claims that the club did not want to sign Sanches before Louis van Gaal was officially sacked because the Dutchman was known to have no interest in that particular player.
Over the last week both Manchester United and Real Madrid have reportedly made huge offers for Pogba that are in the region of €120m.
Manchester United are expected to sell a midfielder this summer, according to the Manchester Evening News.
West Midlands rivals Birmingham City and Aston Villa are believed to be interested in signing the United academy graduate this summer.
But they also know that £30 million would represent a decent price, and a substantial amount to reinvest, so Jose [Mourinho] will likely get his way.
