Manuel Pellegrini backs Pep Guardiola as future Manchester City boss

Arrival at Manchester with either City or United seems to be the most likely switch for Guardiola but many reports have already claimed that the Etihad Stadium is where the Spaniard wants to be.

Paul Merson believes that Pep Guardiola is perfectly suited to take over at Arsenal if he steps down at Bayern Munich at the end of the season as expected.
