Maria Menounos named co-anchor at E! News
MSN reported that Menounos takes the role after the current anchor Giuliana Rancic announced her departure from the daily news show on July 9. News, which will now be fronted by Menounus, Jason Kennedy, Catt Sadler and Terrence Jenkins. The three will appear regularly on “E! News”, covering a wide variety of pop culture stories for the network.

The brunette beauty, who has son Duke, two, with husband Bill Rancic, will continue to host “Fashion Police” and “Live From The Red Carpet”.

News host took to Instagram on Tuesday to share a photo of her new short ‘do. “News” anchor, interviewing famous names such as Chelsea Clinton, Vin Diesel, Jennifer Garner, and the cast of “Fifty Shades of Grey”, Entertainment Weekly wrote. “This is such a thrilling time for me and I thank the gang at E! for understanding my desire to embark on this next chapter in my life”.
