Mariah Carey to guest on “Empire” says Lee Daniels

At the unveiling of the 2,556th star at the corner of Hollywood Boulevard and Argyle Avenue on Wednesday morning (August 5th), she was accompanied by her four year old twins Moroccan and Monroe.

The Associated Press reports that Daniels said that the singer will appear in the upcoming season Wednesday at Carey’s Hollywood Walk of Fame star ceremony. Thank you #lambs #lambily and everyone who made it happen.

The singer accentuated her figure in the black number which featured sheer panelling, and teamed the look with lashings of jewellery and a pair of dark sunglasses. “And as a performer, she trusted me”. Thank you for my heart.

He told the crowd: “Watch her on Empire, you guys”.

Well, she now has a star on the coveted Hollywood Walk of Fame and the 45-year-old icon celebrated in style with a lavish luncheon at the newly renovated Beacher’s Madhouse in the Roosevelt Hotel.

She has won five Grammy Awards since releasing her debut album in 1990.

In fact, Carey’s star has been in the works since 2007, according to Time, but has taken eight years to get everything just right.
