Markovic set to leave Liverpool FC for Fenerbahce on loan
Markovic, who has yet to feature for Liverpool this season, is happy with the move.
The 21-year-old has reportedly flown to Istanbul to finalise his move, where he will join up with fellow Premier League exports Robin van Persie and Nani at the Turkish Superliga outfit.
Markovic had been tipped for big things when he arrived at Anfield and also counted Chelsea amongst his suitors while at Benfica.
Markovic was snapped up by Liverpool from Portuguese giants Benfica last summer for £20m, but has not been handed regular first team football by Reds boss Brendan Rodgers.

Despite the player’s struggles to impose himself in English football, however, Liverpool believe the former Partizan Belgrade man does have the talent to succeed at Anfield and the loan deal does not contain an option for Fenerbahce to sign the winger on a permanent basis.
Whilst Liverpool remain confident that Marković is a part of the long-term plans at the club, it is expected that it will be up to the young Serb to impress in his loan spell if he is to have a future on Merseyside.
As long as his discussions with the Turkish club go well, his loan switch will be confirmed and he could make his debut against Antalyaspor on Sunday.
Markovic was at Melwood on Thursday before being informed that a deal was close to being agreed with Fenerbahce.
