Matt Damon addresses alleged homophobic comments on Ellen
“I was just trying to say actors are more effective when they’re a mystery, right”, he said in explanation of his previous statements on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show”. This time he is in news for clarifying what was his clear intentions behind making “You’re a better actor the less people know about you”, statement. Then it gets represented, that is what people believe because in the blogosphere, there is no penalty for just taking the ball and running with it. Did he say they unequivocally should not express their sexuality, that to do so was somehow wrong?

Actor Matt Damon should be promoting his upcoming film, The Martian, instead he’s found himself defending a few out of this world comments. To be fair, Rupert has admitted that his open sexuality meant he wasn’t offered the same amount and quality of jobs as his straight counterparts. So there in itself is my point that your sexuality is on display whether you come out as gay or not.
