Mavericks, Dalembert agree to one-year deal
According to the Dallas Morning News, Dalembert reasoned that he had problems sleeping at night, so he tried solve it by sleeping early but he ends up oversleeping.
Dalembert will join Zaza Pachulia, acquired in a deal with Milwaukee, as part of the Mavericks’ center rotation.
Th Mavs also secured the services of summer league sensation Maurice NDour of Senegal for an undisclosed amount.
Now, the Mavs are forming a platoon of centers, now composed of Dalemebert, Pachulia and NDour, that would back up star power forward Dirk Nowitzki. The Mavericks reportedly are willing to bring more than 15 players to camp on guaranteed contracts and pick the best 15 while eating the money of the guys they cut.

In a recent ESPN story, New York president Phil Jackson revealed that Dalembert “had fallen asleep in pregame locker room sessions”.
It’s an essential signing for the Mavericks, who clearly have made the decision that they will try to survive the 2015-16 season with a committee of players manning the paint.
Dalembert holds career averages of 7.7 points, 7.8 rebounds, and 1.7 blocks during his 13 year career. The addition to Dalembert likely is not the last move the Mavericks will make.
