Max Allegri: “I’m happy at Juventus”
According to Goal, Allegri is happy with Juventus at the moment and is looking to see through his current contract – which expires in 2017 – at the very least.
Lazio have blazed a trail through their Europa League group to secure their place in the last 32 by finishing top with a game to spare.
“Today was Kwadwo Asamoah’s first start of the season and I am very happy with his performance”, Allegri told Mediaset Premium.
“He deserved this night after so many injury problems”.
The champions’ trip to the Italian capital has been brought forward a day due to Juve’s Champions League trip to Sevilla next week and, going on recent form, the smart money is on the Bianconeri. Dybala and Mandzukich have started to find the net and Zaza, Morata and Pogba are also chipping in with goals. Mandzukic did a lot of the dirty work and contributed to both goals.
“It’s a positive period, but we’re still far from the positions in which we want to compete”.
Juventus are now level in fourth with Roma, who play at Torino tomorrow. I think Lazio can get something from this one. My future? I have a contract until 2017.
Pogba – who is now rated at £70 million (as per the Express) – could have matured at Old Trafford but his progress was halted and he felt he was good enough to develop elsewhere, which he has done.
“We can not fly too close to the sun, nor afford any setbacks”. It’s important for the team and for the club, that has made a big investment to sign him.
