McGregor’s agent to ‘entertain’ WWE offer
Conor McGregor is brilliant at promotion, better able to crawl under the skin or in the head of nearly any fighter around.
Audie Attar told ESPN’s 5ive Rounds podcast that the 28-year-old Irishman would listen to offers from Vince McMahon’s pro wrestling giant.
“To be honest with you, Conor McGregor at 170, I think he’s just going to be thrown around like a little rag doll”, Thompson said.
“I think that kid that fought last weekend, I have trouble with his name, Magomedov, the Russian kid, that’s at 155 – I think he would definitely give Conor a huge problem”, Henderson told The Adam Carolla Show. “And we can have a conversation”.
Nick Diaz wasn’t allowed to corner Nate Diaz in his rematch with Conor McGregor and the former UFC title contender believes it may have cost his brother the fight. At the event, Triple H mentioned to The Telegraph that WWE is indeed interested in bringing in McGregor into the WWE.
“He could come over, he’s got it all, man – he’s got the personality, the skills, the talk”, Levesque said. “He’s an entertainer, for sure”.
Triple H also attended UFC 205 and said that he could see McGregor making the jump to the WWE one day. Anybody who fights McGregor is going to have a good payday.
The Notorious made history on November 12 at UFC 205, dispatching Eddie Alvarez to become UFC’s first-ever two-division champion (lightweight and featherweight).
“They just have to learn how to accept it or draw more money than Conor McGregor so they have the leverage to say, “I don’t want that guy in my locker room”.
Sadly, we don’t know if the UFC has it in them to offer him something interesting. But he went out there and just, he just didn’t have it together in the first round, and I think I could’ve clicked him into the right mindset.
His willingness to accept a fight with the next guy in the line is a smart move on Khabib’s part, but you have to worry about him banking on that prize of a Red Panty Night when McGregor has so many other options on the table.
“His girl gets super stressed out when he fights”.
Dan Henderson said “The Eagle” could easily take McGregor’s new belt. And twice on Sunday’s.
“Who cares if the locker room would embrace Conor McGregor?”. He is 24-0 and ranked the UFC’s 14th-best pound-for-pound fighter.
