North West’s baby brother’s name has been a hot topic of debate ever since Kimye announced their pregnancy with potential names like Yeezus, Jesus, South and more being bandied around but the pair kept schtum and have blown us away with their final choice.

The reality TV star broke the news of her son’s birth on her website on Saturday, writing: “KANYE AND I WELCOME OUR BABY BOY!” “Mother and son are doing well”, read the two-sentence statement.

Kim confirmed the naming of Saint on her Twitter, posting an image of the family of four as emojis alongside the caption: “SAINT WEST”. She also told fans her son was born at eight pounds, one ounce.

“I think it’s so stupid”, she said during an interview back in June.

Kim and Kanye waited to reveal their baby name in 2013 with North, with the world learning her name via unnamed sources and a TMZ photo of her birth certificate. “We just started talking about it and that was the last thing for us last time”. “We didn’t name her for like seven days”.
