Meizu’s flagship smartphone MX5 to be exclusively available via Snapdeal
It’s a premium looking handset with a competitive price that should appeal to plenty of buyers, and now we hear that Meizu MX5 India availability will be exclusively through Snapdeal.
It is also worth making a note that Meizu MX5 was originally unveiled in June this year in China.
Meizu, one of the top 10 smartphone brands in China, will soon be launching its product in India. The Meizu MX5 is made out of metal, and it features a 5.5-inch 1080p (1920 x 1080) AMOLED display along with 3GB of RAM and 16, 32 or 64GB of non-expandable internal storage. It is powered by a Helio X10 64-bit octa-core 2.2GHz CPU, eMMC5.
Equipped with 20.7 megapixel camera and 6P lens, helps in increasing peripheral resolution of Meizu MX5.
On the other hand, Meizu MX5 successor is rumored to be on the works as live images of the upcoming flagship have surfaced online, GSM Arena reported. Up front for selfie lovers there is a 5-megapixel snapper.
The Meizu MX5 sports a 20.7-megapixel rear camera with Sony IMX220 Exmor RS BSI sensor, laser autofocus and dual-tone LED flash. Its weight is 149 grams. It runs the Android 5.0 Lollipop-based Flyme OS 4.5.

It is noticeably larger than its predecessor model, and it comes with a fingerprint sensor embedded on the home screen button at the lower center of the screen.
As far as connectivity goes, the phone would come with a dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11, Bluetooth 4.1, Global Positioning System with Glonass and infrared port. The phone would be in great demand in the market once it arrives.
