Mel B Speaks It All About Her Feud with Geri Halliwell

Mel B recently stated that during the prime days of ‘Spice Girls’ both Halliwell and Mel B fought like cats and dogs! She recently got candid in an interview with Larry King Now Larry King Now and reveled about some great fight and tussle she had with her group member Geri Halliwell.

Melanie Brown, one of the lead members of the ’90s girl group band, stated that they never much relied on their appeal. The girl ground in the mid 90’s gradually rose to fame and while they were at their peak, Halliwell in 1998, suddenly decided to quit the group, right in the middle of their Spiceworld Tour. Two years down the line the group made an announcement of going on an indefinite hiatus.

She declared about her regular brawl and tussle she had with Halliwell and when asked by King about her dramatic departure, she blamed her about the eventual sudden split of the group. Brown also said that they had a good five year plan in hand which ultimately was shortened after three years.

The judge of America’s Got Talent also stated that this was their ultimate platform to have a good launch and would help them establish a great career ahead. She agreed that Helliwell’s departure was quite a dramatic time for all the girls. She had left during Browns birthday and had not uttered a word to any of the girls in the band, as stated by Brown. She had simply not turned in and they had the rest of the tour left. She admitted that there was bitterness for quite some time between the two and even though she has forgiven, she has not yet forgotten about it.

Brown laughed and said that she still reminds Helliwell about the incident when she had abruptly left the band.
