Mexican authorities detain ‘affluenza’ teen Ethan Couch
A manhunt that began in Tarrant County, Texas, led authorities to the resort town of Puerto Vallarta, CNN reported citing authorities briefed on the capture Monday.
Back in 2013, Couch was not sentenced to prison for killing four people while he was drunk driving.
Tarrant County officials said they hadn’t been informed of arrests by Mexican officials, but were checking with the US Marshals for more information.
The pair have been missing out of North Texas since earlier this month after Ethan skipped out on a meeting with his probation officer.

The video was shared on Twitter with the caption “Ya boy ethan couch violating probation”.
As part of Couch’s probation terms, he can not drink alcohol, use drugs or get behind the wheel of a vehicle.
According to the psychologist, Couch had been so spoiled by his parent’s wealth, he was unable to understand the consequences of his actions.
Couch killed 24-year-old Breanna Mitchell, whose SUV had broken down, and three people who had stopped to help: youth pastor Brian Jennings 41, and Hollie Boyles, 52, and her daughter, Shelby Boyles, 21.
Teens Sergio Molina and Soliman Mohmand were thrown from the bed of the truck.
Prosecutors said his alcohol level was three times the legal limit when he caused the chain reaction crash in Burleson.
State District Judge Jean Boyd, who is now retired, sentenced Couch to probation on four counts of intoxication manslaughter in December 2013.
