According to a report in the Malaysian media, Russia’s Roasaviation flight authority handed over to the Netherlands a few “serious remarks” in response to the abstract of the final report on the reasons for the MH17 crash on July 17, 2014, which killed all 298 passengers and crew members onboard.

Ukraine has accused Russian Federation of supplying the separatists with firearms, including the Buk missile, while Moscow has denied involvement and counter-argued that Ukraine of being the cause.
Flight MH17 from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur was brought down by a rocket over eastern Ukraine, killing all 298 people on board.
Over the past year, Malaysia-which has sought to take up the case in the global court-has been caught between Ukrainian armed forces and Russian Federation over the downing.
In July 2015, Russian Federation vetoed a UN Security Council draft resolution to establish an global tribunal to prosecute the perpetrator of the crash.
