By now, stories of the Catholic Church and its cover up of crimes against children are commonplace, yet the movie Spotlight goes back to the difficulty in breaking the first big one. SPOTLIGHT tells the riveting true story of the Pulitzer Prize-winning Boston Globe investigation that would rock the city and cause a crisis in one of the world’s oldest and most trusted institutions.
This is a movie about organized crime, featuring the most gutless gangsters in history, the Catholic church, the largest organized child rape crime syndicate in the history of the US, and in BRUTAL defiance of Jesus in Matt 18:6-14.
The difference is that the Catholic crime syndicate doesn’t have the honor of the regular mafia, and has thousands and thousands and thousands and thousands of protected pedophile priests in the US alone.
