Michael Phelps adamant that he will stay retired
The Baltimore native has won 23 golds, three silvers, and two bronzes, in an unprecedented career that has now come to an end.

Additionally, Phelps managed to break a almost 2,200-year-old record with his 13th individual gold medal last week in the 200m individual medley.

Phelps is now the most decorated Olympian of all time, with 28 medals in all, but he is getting used to carrying a new kind of hardware in his role as dad.
“When I chose to come back I wanted to do it the right way”.
