Michigan-Ohio State get season-best rating for ESPN network

Making a case for them with quality wins is hard.

Washington can win to get in. Since Alabama had no problem with Auburn, they’re all but assured of a spot in the CFP. He was great against SC, but his game against Pitt was much like Jackson’s against Kentucky.

Purdue (3-9, 1-8) finished the season with its seventh straight loss – six of those after Gerad Parker took over as interim coach for the fired Darrell Hazell. It was never close and the Huskies helped their CFP hopes. That’s not how they play it in a couple of other top conferences.
