Mickey: Increasing showers today followed by a wet night and rai
Wednesday: Mostly cloudy. High temperature around 71 degrees, low temperature around 52 degrees.
Tuesday’s condition’s will be similar, with a high around 78 and a low around 68, according to the National Weather Service. We won’t have to worry about that kind of rain event around here tonight, but I do see the possibility of a few scattered showers. Low near 60F. SW winds shifting to NW at 10 to 15 miles per hour.
It’ll be a very pleasant day if you’re headed to any of the events and fairs going on across the area. Humid with lows in the upper 60s. Temperatures Friday will stay in the mid-70s with lows into the mid-50s that night. There are more chances of showers overnight as the low drops to 55. The sky will remain cloudy with highs in the 70s. A slight chance of light rain is expected.
Cloudy skies and scattered showers will continue area-wide to start the week.
Monday’s forecast for Austin: A mix of clouds and sun during the morning will give way to cloudy skies in the afternoon.
As we finish the work week, we’ll begin to shake this wet weather pattern. Up to a quarter inch of rain possible Tuesday night.
■ Tuesday: Mostly cloudy.
Once the rain departs high pressure from Canada will move in and set up some sunshine.
