Microsoft launches Lumia 640 XL LTE Dual SIM at Rs 17399

The company today launched its cheapest 4G-enabled smartphone, Lumia 640 LTE, at a price of Rs 17,399.

The Microsoft Lumia 640 XL LTE Dual SIM is identical to the Lumia 640 XL Dual SIM, except that it features 4G LTE connectivity in addition, with support for Indian 4G LTE bands. This smartphone will be upgradable to Windows 10 on mobile when it is available in November. The company is also offering a bundled SIM offer in partnership with Bharti Airtel, which includes the Airtel Double Data offer. The new iteration will also probably feature 1GB RAM and 8GB built-in storage along with 1,950 mAh battery capacity.
The rear snapper on the Microsoft Lumia 550 is listed at 5MP with an LED flash while the front-facing camera is 2MP.
However, it is worth noting that, while the device was globally unveiled at the Mobile World Conference, it didn’t make an entry into India along side the Lumia 640 XL and 640 XL dual SIM variants.
