Mike Huckabee Says Pimps and Prostitutes Can Help Save Social Security

Well, tonight at the Republican debate, Huckabee was asked about transgenders being able to join the United States military soon.

President Obama is sticking to his remarks that Republicans opponents of the Iran deal are making common cause with Iranian hardliners who yell “Death to America”.

“The government figures they can do this off the backs of people, many of whom are poor and depend on that money”, Huckabee said. “He is not lying – he is just wrong”, Christie said. “That’s because 71 percent of the federal budget is spent on those programs and debt service”.

Christie then elaborated on his plan, proposing a gradual increase in the retirement age and cutting benefits for people with higher incomes.

On Social Security and several other economic issues raised in Thursday’s debate, Huckabee sought to set himself apart from the other GOP candidates, striking a populist tone and defending entitlement benefits. Oh well, it would really solve all our problems according to Huckabee.

Huckabee rejected the notion, arguing that Social Security’s funding problem was due to the growth of unearned income that is not taxed for Social Security.

On something of a tear, Huckabee said with venom that the problem with social security was “illegals, prostitutes, pimps, drug dealers – all the people that are free-loading off the system”. It’s not to transform the culture by trying out some ideas that some people think would make us a different country and more diverse.
