Millions in Southeast at risk of high winds, tornadoes and large hail
Lows will be in the lower 50s with southwest winds of 10 to 15 miles per hour and gusts of up to 25 miles per hour possible. The SPC said there is a 2 percent to 5 percent probability of tornadoes in northeast SC, central and east North Carolina, east Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, southeast Pennsylvania and south New Jersey.
Tonight expect lows in the mid-40s with a mostly cloudy sky and east breeze at 10 to 20 miles per hour.
