Millions share story of girl found dead in Massachusetts
The child’s remains were discovered in a trash bag on a Deer Island beach on June 25 by a woman who was walking her dog in the area. The child was wearing white leggings with black polka dots. The zebra fleece blanket “may be very special to this little girl”, Conley told the Globe.
They have called upon the guardians of the girl to identify themselves to help with the investigation. Using photos of her remains, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children created a composite image of what the girl may have looked like when she was alive.
And many people have posted potential clues.
Authorities are still trying to determine the circumstances surrounding the girl’s death.
They also have no idea how she died. Conley said on Tuesday that authorities are now awaiting the results of a toxicology report to determine if the girl was poisoned or ingested drugs.
She was about 3.5 feet tall, weighed about 30 pounds and had brown eyes and brown hair. Her body was basically intact but had some decomposition.
Millions of people are intrigued by the story of Baby Doe, a young toddler who was recently found deceased in a garbage bag.
All were found to be safe and well.
She said that she has shared the picture three times and will continue sharing it until it has been determined how the little girl was killed, as reported by MSN.
“If you are the parent or caregiver of this young girl, please step forward, clear your conscience”, Conley said in a statement to the girl’s parents, wherever they may be. A cause of death hasn’t been released in the deceased tot’s case. State police say their Facebook posting on the girl has received more than 10 times the views of their previous highest post.
Fox News shared that they have with so many people seeing the photo it has been breaking records.
Investigators also still have not been able to figure out how she died, which has deepened the mystery.
