Miss Philippines Speaks Out About Her Awkward Miss Universe Win — See What

Miss Philippines shocked upon receiving the crown on December 20.

In another backstage interview, Wurtzbach, who was crowned Miss Universe after Harvey returned to the stage to say that he’d made a mistake, was basically speechless.

The host followed up after the the dramatic show with a honest apology tweet to all his followers.

“I have to apologize”, Harvey said.
