Miss Universe blunder bothers Colombians
Harvey says it was his mistake and that he would take responsibility for not reading the card correctly that named contestant Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach this year’s victor and Colombia the first runner-up.
Steve Harvey reportedly missed a crucial rehearsal for the Miss Universe finale before his epic blunder of announcing the wrong victor during the live TV broadcast. “I was very happy for Miss Colombia because she really deserved it. I’m really not happy with the result and so are the other girls”, she said.
Meanwhile, the real victor, Pia Wurtzbach has called her winning “very non-traditional crowning moment” and said that the awkward incident is “Very 2015!”
A day after India’s Urvashi Rautela failed to win the Miss Universe 2015 pageant, the Uttarakhand native on Tuesday claimed that the competition was biased. He thought it would be wise for the Miss Universe 2015 organizers to make the two ladies “co-winners” instead.

The actual victor was Miss Philippines, Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach.
“Still a great night”, Harvey told the audience.
There is no conspiracy: Harvey simply made an egregious error, Gossip Cop reported Monday.
