Proceeds from the show will go the Stratford House of Blessing, which has a food bank and services to help those in need in Bieber’s hometown of Stratford, Ontario, home to the annual Stratford Festival. In fact, his voice was impressive: with just acoustic guitar or piano to back him, that much is certain.
You can’t boil water or successfully scramble an egg in two minutes, but if you’re Justin Bieber, you can sell out an entire show. They were originally selling for $100. Tickets for the show were primarily sold as general admission, meaning seating would be on a first-come, first-serve basis.
This included the fans in the venue as well as those watching the live stream that was made available on the singer’s website.
Bieber not only played songs from his number one album “Purpose” but also took it back to his 2010 album ” My Worlds” and sang “One Less Lonely Girl”. “I’m not really sure what I’m going to do”. The crowd appeared older and more respectful than past Bieber shows.
A girl near the front was on her phone and fans couldn’t handle it.
“Grammy time boys. Congrats”, Bieber tweeted out before the Toronto show. “You’re Jewish”, he said, before adding “Christmas Love” and “Under the Mistletoe”.
