Models in underwear captivate in Paris
Model Alessandra Ambrosio displays a creation during the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show inside the Grand Palais, in Paris, Wednesday, Nov. 30, 2016.
The Weeknd returned as a performer for the annual fashion show while Bella was booked as a model. The lingerie fashion show featured musical performances, wings and of course, top fashion models clad in over-the-top lingerie costumes sponsored by the American premium lingerie company.
Another veteran, He Sui, is participating in her 6th consecutive show since 2011. The straps joined to make an intricate pattern over her waist giving the piece an extra S&M feel.
Speaking to “Entertainment Tonight” ahead of the show, she said: “It’s all about how you’re in that moment”.
She added to Vogue.com: “It helps to be able to help someone else, because you get to remind yourself of your own tips”.
THEY are the world’s most powerful and emerging supermodels, dressed in a combination of lace-thin underwear and enormously complicated wings, jewels and feathers. Since she was discovered in 2015, the long-legged stunner has walked the ramp for major fashion houses like Stella McCartney, Burberry, Coach, Tommy Hilfiger, Maison Valentino, and Marc Jacobs. It’s also rumored that at the after-party, the two looked quite friendly with one another, sharing cocktails and cozying up like old petit amis.
“Everyone’s, like, freaking out, I got so many flowers from, like, all my family members”.
In an other Instagram, shown below, she wrote, “Words can’t describe this woman’s powerful heart and spirit”.
“Lighting is everything. not to mention I’m way darker in the summer and much lighter towards the winter”.
Kendall, who was marking her second time walking for the lingerie brand, looked sensational in her racy red lingerie set, which was teamed with matching thigh-high suede boots, as she let off some steam backstage.
The Victoria’s Secret waves have somewhat become an institution nearly as big as the brand itself.
Among French fashion figures who attended was Balmain designer Olivier Rousteing, a favorite of singers Rihanna and Beyonce. I have a few ribbons hanging from my hands that I need to take into account, but honestly I think the most nerve-wracking part is this: “hair and make-up with all the press”.
The show was filmed and will air on December 5 in more than 190 countries.
