Moderate quake in Canada felt in Seattle area

According to the United States Geological Survey (USGS), earthquakes with magnitudes from 2.5 to 3 are generally the smallest ones felt by humans.
There were no early reports of damage, but shaking was reported in Greater Victoria, Nanaimo and parts of Metro Vancouver.
