Montreal weather: Rainy morning, sunny afternoon
Friday will be sunny and clear with a high near 63 and low around 34, according to the National Weather Service.
Sunday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 61.
Composite radar imagery does show rain across the western Gulf of Mexico this morning with a lighter shield of drizzle heading northward toward south Louisiana. Monday night the temperatures should be in the low 50s.
We may see a few clouds drift over KELOLAND tomorrow but mostly clear skies are expected for Sunday.
Sunday – A 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. We’ll see a few spotty showers on Monday with a better chance for showers and storms on Tuesday and Wednesday. North wind 10 to 13 miles per hour. There is a fair to large chance of rain every other weekday, forecasters say.
Tuesday will also be partly cloudy with an afternoon high of 67.
Saturday night: Partly cloudy, low around 41.
Showers and embedded thunderstorm chances will increase rapidly today and tonight. High temperatures will briefly reach the low 60s ahead of the front. There’s a 50-50 chance of showers when the race begins, which decreases to about 20 percent by noon.
