Morgan Freeman’s Step-Granddaughter E’Dena Hines Stabbed to Death
E’Dena Hines, the granddaughter of Morgan Freeman, was stabbed to death in the neighborhood of Washington Heights, in northern Manhattan.
Getty The New York NY Police officers Department has confirmed a 30-year-old guy has-been taken in to custody after being found at the scene. He added that Hines family and friends were fortunate enough to know her, as what she really meant as a person. “May she rest in peace”, Freeman concluded.
Hines is the granddaughter of Freeman’s first wife, Jeannette Adair Bradshaw.
Although Hines and Freeman, 78, were not directly related by blood, their bond was so close she would sometimes joined him on the red carpet to movie premieres and award shows. She was taken to Harlem Hospital but died from her injuries. I cast you out, devils! “I heard him mumbling God and Jesus”. The young woman was found on the ground covered in multiple stab wounds to the chest and was immediately rushed to hospital where she was later pronounced dead.
According to her website, she studied acting at New York University’s prestigious Graduate Acting Program. In the post, Hines wrote that three good words to describe her are, “energetic”, “loud” and “animated”. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of them. “I called 911, I was begging them to come”.
Freeman has always referred to Hines as his granddaughter, spokesman Stan Rosenfield said.
She also also taught under-exposed youth in her native Memphis, Tennessee where she moved after she failed to land gigs.
No charges have been filed as the incident is still under investigation.
