Moto Z variants leaked, Z Play phone still with a headphone jack
Motorola’s Moto E3 Phone features a bigger screen, a better battery, as well as some other features that certainly add some nice appeal to the smartphone world.
Phoneradar was able to share an image containing the specs of the Z Play as they appeared on the AnTuTu benchmarking site and it indicated that the new device will come equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 SoC. The image also revealed that the phone will be running the Android Marshmallow OS right out of the box.
The Moto E 2015 came with a 4.5-inch and Motorola (now owned by Lenovo) has increased its size up to 5-inch, and its resolution was upgraded from 540 x 960 pixels to 1280 x 720 pixels. With that being said, although it’s logical to assume that Motorola and Lenovo will try to further improve the camera quality of its future models – especially in low-light photography where every respectable smartphone maker is making progress -, we encourage readers to treat the information accordingly and keep a proverbial pinch of salt nearby.
Meanwhile, Motorola also confirmed the Moto G4 Play for the United Kingdom. There are reports suggesting that the Moto E3 will hit the shelves later this year. The 16GB model will feature 2 GB of RAM, while the 32GB variant would feature 3GB of RAM. It has a 5-inch HD display similar to the E3, a 2,800 mAh battery and a 16 GB internal storage expandable via a microSD slot.
The smartphone packs a Snapdragon 820 chipset with quad-core 2.1GHz CPU and Adreno 530 graphics processing unit.
The Moto E3 supports 4G network bands and apart from this, it features several other standard connectivity options, like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and Global Positioning System.
