Museums Offer Free Admission during ‘Museum Day Live’ this Saturday

Last year, Museum Day Live! drew more than 400,000 participants nationwide.
The Evansville Museum will open its doors free of charge with a Museum Day Live ticket on Saturday as part of Smithsonian magazine’s 11th annual Museum Day Live.
In Cincinnati, The Betts House, Taft Museum of Art, the Cincinnati Fire Museum, and Xavier University Art Gallery are participating.
On “Museum Day Live!” and all through the year, the Sacramento area is home to an fantastic array of state-of-the-art museums and destinations that offer visitors the chance to explore California’s fine art, history, science, and wildlife treasures. One ticket is permitted per household, per email address.
That means at participating museums throughout the country you get free admission Saturday with a ticket.
