Nagarjuna Helps Out Nithin

Akhil Akkineni debut “Akhil-The Power of Jua” had released on November 11 on the eve of Diwali and it stood as average grosser at box office.

Nithin and his father Sudhakar Reddy spent a bomb on the making of ‘Akhil.’ It is said to be that nearly 40-45 CR was spent over the film without having a compromising leg. Now, with the negative result that the film left, it would take years for Nithin and Sudhakar Reddy to recover. Soundtracks are composed by Anup Rubens and S. S Thaman. Though the film managed to collect Rs. 9.8 crore on its opening day, but later bombed at the box office.

Now the latest buzz is that Akhil is getting ready for his second movie and it will be directed by Krish. It is clashing with Salman Khan’s PRDP movie.

Producer MS Raju was in similar situation when he failed to repay over Rs 7 Crore to distributors. Akhil would end up below 20 Cr mark and Akkineni star failed to beat the record set by Ram Charan Tej in 2007. The increase in ticket rates may be one chance to create this record.

Akhil movie released in 700 Theatres in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana states and in rest parts of the state it is released in 150+ screens and in overseas it is released over 250+ screens on the released of the release. Overall it occupied 85% on the release day.
