Naidu announces Telangana TDP committees
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu today said his life was an open book and details of assets owned by him and his family members were in public domain. Chandrababu also expressed hope that Lokesh would effectively carry out the new responsibility.
Lokesh, who has been the coordinator of party workers welfare fund, would be one of the general secretaries in the Central Committee.
Mr. Naidu, according to sources, is factoring in several factors before elevating Mr. Lokesh to a crucial position in the party.
Naidu today announced top leadership across the party roles assigning important tasks for both Andhra Pradesh and Telangana and at national level where the party expects to play important role.
Mr. Naidu also announced that Kimidi Kala Venkat Rao will function as president of Telugu Desam Party in Andhra Pradesh.
Earlier in the day, Nara Lokesh was promoted as the general secretary of the central committee. L. Ramana will be Telangana TDP president.
